2021 ETF Express Award Selection - A short-list of issuers is selected based on 12-month performance data provided by Bloomberg. Candidates in the asset categories are determined by the percentage of change in the issuer’s assets under management in each category over a 12-month period from June 1, 2020, to May 31, 2021. All currently listed US-domiciled ETFs incepted before January 1, 2019, and with average assets over $100M during the period were included in the issuer universe. Where permitted by sample size, issuers were grouped within specific asset class categories. For each category, all of an issuer’s ETFs in that specific asset class category or groups are combined to give the total assets under management figure. Voting for the winners is conducted via an online poll of the entire ETF Express readership which is carried out over a period of several weeks. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Investment returns will fluctuate and it is possible to lose money.
